Karen Muller is both a licensed business broker and a corporate attorney in several states, including California. She has served as a senior executive, counsel, and director for many public and private companies. She has has over 25 years experience working in the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and financial services industries. Ms. Muller served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Orange County based Epoch Networks, Inc., one of the earliest ISPs. Prior to joining Epoch, Ms. Muller was a Managing Director with Lehman Brothers from 1988 to 1999. Ms. Muller headed the corporate counsel department, handling all corporate legal affairs, including board and shareholder matters, public filings, corporate finance, compensation and benefits and numerous M&A transactions. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Ms. Muller was an associate at the Wall Street law firm Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where she worked on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Ms. Muller graduated Fordham Law School with a J.D., where she was a published member of the law review. She graduated Hunter College of the City University of New York with a B.A. in Economics, summa cum laude.
Clint brings extensive business development, financial and cannabis operational, and investing experience to his role in business development, sales agent, and consulting lead at Cannabis-Business-Brokers. Clint has spent the last 18 years working in finance and insurance across all lines. He led business development and training regimens for each firm, including nine years as franchise development manager for RetireCo. Holdings, where he focused on growing the company’s reach nationally over 100% year after year. Clint received his B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University, and has 16 years of cannabis space experience, from cultivation to retail and logistics.
Mark Logomasini has a 25 year successful track record in corporate and business development, technical management, and finance. He has founded and managed several life sciences companies, which were sold through MBO and traditional M&A. Mark Logomasini has expertise in valuation/deal analysis, technology licensing, government regulation, and bioprocess development. He is currently a Managing Director of a Life Science consulting firm specializing in small business corporate development and finance. Prior to this, he was President of a medical device firm sold in 2016. Before that, he was a Co-founder and CFO of a leading contract drug manufacturer sold in 2007. In addition to his Real Estate Salesperson License, Mark has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, MBA, and is a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.

Working with Fortune 500 companies creating life-changing medical technologies, Lynn's sales and business development experiences taught her valuable skills in domestic and international markets, which benefit her work in the cannabis community. Lynn earned her Executive MBA from the University of Southern California, and she remains active in its cannabis-related professional networking, and mentors its student-led cannabis clubs.
