Opportunity to acquire 3 Cannabis greenhouses and a large warehouse, located on 3.5 acres of flat land that is included in the purchase. Each greenhouse is approximately 3300 sq. ft. All three greenhouses are identical and feature fully automated heat/AC/humidity control as well as light dep. curtains. The greenhouses are watered through a 10,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis system that feeds three 500 gallon reservoirs, one for each of the greenhouses. Each greenhouse has approximately 110–1000W HID fully automated lights. The two-story warehouse has a footprint of 5000 sq. ft. but houses approximately 7500 sq. ft of indoor space containing rooms for clones, teenage plants and mothers, a large walk-in freezer, surveillance equipment, and drying, packing and administrative areas. The approximately 2500 sq. ft. second floor houses 1200 vegetative plants in 3 gallon pots. All structures on the property were built in 2017 and completely refitted by the current owner.
Since the first harvest in 2019, Seller has experienced strong demand for its fresh frozen product by processors. All harvests are pre-sold or sold out soon after packaged and frozen. Operations consistently harvest 1,000 plants every three weeks of a predictable quality, sought after by processors.
Potential expansion opportunity to add another 10,000 square feet of canopy once a countywide freeze is lifted. Buyer can grow higher priced dry flower in the facility, at its option.
Seller willing to assist in the transition of the operations to the Buyer.
